Zuzunaga Ltd and Zuzunaga Sucursal España, guarantees you the confidentiality of any personal data provided via this web in conformity with Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection. Any data supplied shall be incorporated into an automated file, which shall be processed exclusively for the purpose described. They shall be collected via this web site on different forms and only those fields indicated with an asterisk are obligatory.
The personal data will be processed with the appropriate level of protection, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, with the necessary safety measures to be taken to prevent them from being altered, lost or processed or accessed without authorization by any third parties that may use them for purposes other than those for which they were requested from the User. All prices shown on the Website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of UK Value Added Tax ("VAT") at the relevant rate. Prices shown on the Website do not include delivery, packaging or other charges, which will be added to any order you place. Zuzunaga reserves the right to adjust prices, including additional costs.
For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you.
Whilst we use reasonable endeavors to keep prices up-to-date on the Website, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any change in price will be communicated to you prior to delivery of the relevant Products.
Zuzunaga accepts payments methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. There is no extra charge for card payments. You are confirming that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours, or you have been specifically authorized by the owner.
All product remain Zuzunaga property until full payment is made.

As for paypal, You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. Please note that you do not have to have a Paypal account to shop with Zuzunaga.

We will not be liable to you where we breach these Terms due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God, explosions, floods, tempests, fires or accidents; wars or threats of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes; difficulties in obtaining materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for personal injury or death.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you place an order to purchase a Product from us, your order represents an offer to us to purchase that Product, which we may choose to accept or refuse - it does not represent a legally binding contract. Whilst we will do our best to fulfill your order (once it is accepted), we cannot guarantee to do so (for example, where we are out of stock, where your card issuer refuses to authorise your payment or where Products have been incorrectly priced on our Website). All Products will remain our property until we have received payment in full for those Products. We reserve the right ot postpone delivery of your order in the event for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that the item is out of stock or unavailable.
Prices are in Euros and through our virtual card payment a conversion to your currency can be applied at your approval. Conversion rate will be shown at the moment of the transaction.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order and notify you in writing (including e-mail) that we have done so. If you have already received the Products you ordered from us, you must return those Products to us in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you fail to do so within 2 (two) weeks of our canceling your order, we may arrange for collection of the Products at your expense.
Zuzunaga reserves the right to cancel the order if it cannot supply the Products that you have ordered. Zuzunaga will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible and will give a full refund where you have already paid for the Products.
Zuzunaga is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit but you need to contact our customer service within 14 days of ordering. If so please send an email with your order number and complete name on the body of the message to firstname.lastname@example.org
If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product the customer is liable. For returns all transportation services must be paid by the customer.
Cancellation after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted. The user needs to receive the order and start a process for return item and receive a full reimbursement of payment.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Zuzunaga by email and this email has been acknowledge by Zuzunaga.Where stock may be available Zuzunaga reserves the right to cancel any order, and acepts the obligation to notify the customer and offer a replacement of any equivalent products where possible.
If Zuzunaga receives a package that has not been collected from the post office (or another shipping office), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that we incure from handling your oder and shipment. An invoice will be send to the customer which is needed to be paid within 10 days.
Delivery is calculated by volume.

Non EU customers are responsible for any import duty and local tax.
We do not deliver to any PO BOX addresses.
Taxes within all the countries within the European Union are shipped on DPD (Delivery Duty Paid) services, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. All other countries are shipped in DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning that taxes have to be paid by buyer/receiver.
Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the Products will be retained by the delivery company for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us. If products are returned to us by the delivery company, we will issue you with a refund for the products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product. If the delivery is to a private address, and no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the products may be left safe.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Non-EU Customers, please bear in mind that often delays are caused by customs at international borders which are at the discretion of your government. If you are still waiting for the delivery of your products after 7 days from the date on which we notify you that we have accepted your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All standard delivery items will be delivered by GLS. Deliveries will require a signature so please include an alternative delivery address such as your office address if this is more convenient for you. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from GLS. You should liaise directly with GLS for your free re-delivery or pick-up.
Zuzunaga will not note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice that the order is damaged please do not sign for it and contact us immediately, and send an email to email@example.com Alternately please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
By placing an order with Zuzunaga you are agreeing to all terms and policies stated here.
A. you should notify us in writing within fourteen (14) working days, (beginning with the day after you received the products). You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;
B. the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C. the identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
D. the products should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds can only be made on goods which are damaged and will be issued by the original method of payment, to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation.

In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
